Virtual and In-Person Attendance Policy

Policy for delivering training programs (in-person / remote)

Yuthri High Institute is committed to diversifying training methods to ensure quality and keep pace with digital transformation according to the following controls:

1. Delivery of short development courses remotely

The institute delivers short development courses remotely. The trainee is considered present based on the approved number of days and training hours in the course license, with no distinction between regular in-person attendance and virtual remote attendance.

2. Delivery of diplomas and qualifying programs

  • The theoretical parts of diplomas and qualifying programs are delivered remotely using approved learning platforms.
  • The practical parts are delivered in person at the institute premises or approved locations to ensure the required training competency.

3. Equivalence between remote and in-person training

Remote training is considered equivalent to in-person training in terms of:

  • Pass requirements
  • Program duration
  • Number of training hours
  • Program title shown on certificates

4. Virtual attendance controls

  • The maximum number of trainees in a virtual training classroom is 25.
  • The number may be increased by up to 25% based on trainer experience, program type, and institute administration approval.

5. In-person attendance controls

  • The maximum number of trainees in an in-person training classroom is 25.
  • The number may be increased by up to 25% based on trainer experience and program type.
  • All precautionary procedures must be fully implemented according to official guidance from competent authorities.
